Ecom Degree LLC, doing business as Ecom Degree University, is committed to making www.ecomdegree.com accessible to people with disabilities. We want anyone who wants to learn from us to be able to use our website and our materials.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. Those guidelines cover making content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, including text alternatives for images, captions for video, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, and compatibility with screen readers.
Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state. We review the Site periodically, we test with assistive technology, and we fix what we find.
Some content on the Site is provided by third parties, including embedded video players, review widgets and scheduling tools. We do not control their code. Where a third-party component creates a barrier we will work with that provider or offer an accessible alternative.
Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the information another way. Email support@ecomdegreeuniversity.com with the subject line “accessibility” and include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if you are comfortable telling us.
We will acknowledge within two business days and tell you what we are doing and when. If you need the content of any page in another format, including large print, plain text or audio, ask and we will provide it at no charge.
If you are not satisfied with our response, write to us at 155 Bartram Market Drive, Suite 135-503, St. Johns, Florida 32259, marked for the attention of the Accessibility Coordinator, and a different person will review it.
