From Warehouse Floor to a Global Movement

Every milestone that turned one stubborn idea into a company impacting tens of thousands of people.

2016

The Journey Begins

William works night shifts at an Amazon warehouse while chasing a degree that never feels right. Tired of trading hours for $11 an hour, he walks away from the traditional path and goes all-in on learning e-commerce.

2017-2018

A New Beginning

William invests everything he has into Shopify dropshipping and fails nine stores before a simple distance-bracelets store finally hits six figures. For the first time he sees a way out, both for himself and for his hard-working mother. He becomes obsessed with mastering e-commerce, laying the foundation for everything that comes next.

May 2018

Documenting The Process

William starts sharing his e-commerce journey on YouTube. His transparent, no-gatekeeping approach resonates with a fast-growing audience, and by the end of 2018 word has spread like wildfire as more people seek his guidance. That wave of interest paves the way for something bigger.

Late 2018

Ecom Degree Is Born

William launches Ecom Degree University, an online platform built to help busy professionals reach financial freedom through Walmart selling. Within 30 days 100 students enroll, setting EDU apart from typical get-rich-quick schemes with hands-on, step-by-step strategies for sustainable success.

2019

Growing A Movement

In-person networking events grow rapidly as the community comes to life. The demand makes one thing clear: the program needs scalable systems to reach everyone who wants in.

2020-2021

A New Masterclass

Sunday workshops grow the student base from 1,000 to 3,000. During COVID-19, William generates $300,000 in 25 days selling hazmat suits, proving the system works even in the hardest conditions.

2021-2022

Explosive Growth

Enrollment explodes to 10,000 students. William buys his mother's house in cash, finally keeping the promise he made years earlier on the warehouse floor.

2022-2023

Continued Expansion

The team grows to 30+ staff across 12 countries, supporting more than 20,000 students worldwide with coaching, sourcing, and community.
