The individuals shown are among the most dedicated participants, and their results reflect their own effort, capital, skill, time, market conditions, prior experience and circumstances.
Where we state a generally expected result, we say so expressly, identify the group it is drawn from, state the period it covers, and describe how it was measured. Any figure not accompanied by that statement is an individual result and should not be understood as what you can expect.
Our practice on testimonials is as follows, and it is intended to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 C.F.R. Part 255, and the Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, 16 C.F.R. Part 465.
A. Testimonials are from real people describing their own experience, given with their written permission.
B. We disclose material connections. Where a person providing a testimonial is or was a coach, employee, contractor, affiliate or business partner of ours, or received any payment, discount, free or reduced-price product, prize, or other benefit in connection with their statement, that connection is disclosed clearly and conspicuously next to the statement.
C. We do not write, edit, fabricate or alter testimonials or reviews, and we do not suppress or withhold negative reviews.
D. We do not offer or provide anything of value in exchange for a positive review, and no discount, refund, award or benefit is ever conditioned on giving one.
E. Where a testimonial concerns a program, marketplace or platform different from the one currently offered, we identify which one it concerns.
F. A person who has given a testimonial may withdraw permission at any time and we will remove the material.
Any aggregate figure we publish, including a number of students, a volume of sales, a review count or a rating, is stated as of a date, identifies what it counts, and is supported by records we hold. Where a figure is an estimate we say so.
A number of students or participants is a count of people who enrolled. It is not a statement that those people achieved any result, earned any amount, or completed anything.
We do not control any third-party marketplace, supplier, platform, payment processor or advertising network. We do not guarantee that you will be approved by any marketplace, that an approval will be maintained, that any product will be available or profitable, that any fee structure will continue, or that any platform policy will remain as it is. Those decisions belong to those companies and they change them.
